Get ready for a magical, festive FREE family day-out as our Christmas Parade returns, featuring favourite characters such as Bluey and Bingo, Paddington, Gruffalo, Stickman, Hey Duggee and many more – and of course, Father Christmas himself! As well as a parade of all your family favourites, expect festive music and beautiful dance melodies from a showstopping cast of Christmas characters.

Slide into Christmas on our shimmering ice rink, surrounded by festive cheer and sparkling lights. Skate under the stars with friends and family, before warming up with a cup of hot chocolate.

Join a magical mission to save Christmas cheer! Write to Santa in Gingerbread Lane, complete fun challenges in the Merrymarker Studio to power up the Cheer-o-Meter, and finish in Santa’s Study for a special photo moment. Whispering Winter Sessions will also take place, offering a calm, inclusive experience for children with Special Educational Needs and Autism.
