Whispering Winter Sessions are gentle, inclusive experiences designed for children with Special Educational Needs and Autism, where grotto sounds are softened to create a calm, magical setting to meet Santa. With fewer guests per slot, our elves and Santa will tailor each moment to every family, ensuring the magic of Christmas is enjoyed at each child’s pace.

We’ve teamed up with Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to help bring a little extra joy to young patients this season. Together, we’ll be donating gifts to children spending time in hospital, ensuring every child experiences the joy and excitement of Christmas morning.

We are kindly asking customers to donate new, unwrapped toys suitable for children of all ages. All items must have the CE safety mark, no handmade items and presents should not be wrapped. No gift is too small, and every contribution will make a real difference
