The North West’s biggest celebration of the emergency services returned to Trafford Centre on Thursday 6 August and proved to be a huge success.
Running from 10am to 4pm, the free, family-friendly event delivered a full day of action, hands-on fun and fascinating insights for visitors of all ages. Guests got up close to around 100 emergency service vehicles, enjoyed a series of live demonstrations and explored interactive displays showcasing exactly what it takes to keep our region safe every day.
The event brought together emergency service teams from across the North West, giving visitors a unique opportunity to meet the people behind the uniforms, learn about their vital work and experience the equipment and vehicles they use in real-life situations. It was a memorable day that celebrated the dedication, skill and teamwork of the region’s emergency services.
