HOP’s food is inspired by the incredible street food vendors of Vietnam with an extensive and fully customisable menu including Viet street food favourites; pho noodle soup, banh mi baguettes, noodle salads and a wide selection of curries including plant based and Halal options. The menu also includes bubble tea, fresh lemonades, Viet rocket fuel coffee, Viet Fried Chicken, dumplings, soft serve ice cream and a kids menu.
