Let’s Grow is brought to you by husband & wife team Mimi & Ben Faulks, a.k.a. CBeebies best loved gardener, Mr. Bloom! The Let’s Grow Nannies are Mr. Bloom’s friendly neighbours at the allotment and together they’ll be hosting all the enchanting Let’s Grow activities.
Mr. Bloom from CBeebies will be LIVE on stage at 1.30pm each day and The Let’s Grow Nannies will be hosting ‘make & take’ planting workshops at The Potting Shed & interactive performances and activities at the Pop-up Allotment from 11-4pm. No booking necessary, just drop-by and join in.
Let’s Grow brings to life an irresistible world of funky allotments and adorable baby fruits and vegetables. Little learners become immersed in nature and imaginative play exploring the wonderful themes of gardening, growing, nurture and healthy eating.

Pop along and say ‘Ello!’ with Mr Bloom. There’ll be a bundle of veggie stories, gardening games, and catchy Nursery songs for tiddlers and parents alike. To sum it up in the words of a famous Aubergine: ‘Let’s sing and dance and have some fun!’

Let’s Grow Pop-up Allotment – Interactive performances and activities, The Orient
The Let’s Grow Nannies invite you to join them in their Pop-up Allotment for a bit of gardening and childcare. Come and get stuck into the daily duties of feeding, bathing and caring for their family adorable fruit & vegetable babies!

Let’s Grow Planting Workshop at The Potting Shed, The Orient
A great mixture of hands-on planting and arty fun!
In this fun & engaging workshop, The Let’s Grow Nannies show children how quickly seeds can grow into something tasty for a sandwich! Learn about the incredible journey seeds go on, from planting to finally growing into what they were always meant to be!
Everyone gets to create their very own beautiful Cress Garden, to take home and grow in just a few days! What delicious sandwich will you make when your cress is fully grown and ready to harvest? We can’t wait to find out!
