About Wasabi

Wasabi brings a taste of Asia to the Trafford Centre, with sushi, hot bentos, and plenty of bold, authentic flavours to choose from.

Wasabi started life in 2003 as a small sushi counter in Camden Market. More than 20 years later, we’ve grown to more than 40 restaurants across the UK, from London to Birmingham, Leeds, Cambridge and now in Manchester.

The mission was as simple then as it is today; to bring full on Asian flavour to everyone.

Our menu is all about choice. Fancy something fresh? Pick up one of our colourful sushi sets, rolls or onigiri. Want something hot and seriously satisfying? Go for a bento Chicken Katsu Curry, Korean BBQ or another of our hot range. There are plenty of vegetarian options to choose from too, so everyone can find something they fancy.

And because we know a shopping trip doesn’t always leave time to hang around, Wasabi makes grabbing lunch, dinner or even a snack easy. Our food is made fresh daily, just grab and go and get on with your day.
