In line with the latest government guidance, mandatory face coverings in the centre will be effective from Tuesday 30th November.
Everyone must once again wear a face covering inside the centre, in stores and when walking throughout the malls unless they have an exemption.
Teams will be issuing free masks where they are needed and educating shoppers whilst on the mall - encouraging everyone to wear a face covering unless exempt. Shops will be following government guidance and hospitality is currently exempt from these new regulations.
We continue to have a number of safety measures in place to make the experience safer and more comfortable for everyone, including a one-way system and hand sanitisation stations throughout the malls.
Please continue to wear your face covering, follow the one-way system, keep your hands clean and stay at home if you feel unwell.

Hand sanitisation stations will be kept in place, and we’ll be encouraging visitors to continue washing their hands regularly
We’ll keep the one-way system in place, just to help everyone social distance a little easier
